Because our teas are perishable, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you believe you have a unique circumstance, please contact us.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We only ship within the United States at this time, apologies to our friends who live abroad. We offer free delivery in McMinnville, Oregon.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, starting from the day after an order is placed. All orders are shipped with USPS and the typical delivery time is between 2-3 business days.

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise in transit at this time. Please contact your local USPS for additional tracking support. Apologies for the inconvenience.
