WHAT IS YOUR OUNCE TO CUP RATIO?
You can make 4 cups of tea with 1/4 ounce of leaves. The strength of your tea is up to you, but a good rule to start with is 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 6 oz of water.
DO YOU OFFER TEA TASTINGS?
We do offer tea tastings at this time, but on a limited basis. Interested? Contact us if interested.

HOW DO I STORE MY TEA?
We recommend storing your tea in a cool, dry place and in air-tight containers to protect your tea from air, heat, and moisture. Once opened, a tea’s shelf life is typically two years.
DO YOU GROW YOUR OWN TEA?
We craft our own blends, however our backyard is too small to grow tea… Metropolitan Tea is a leader and innovator in the world of luxury tea and we’re proud to call them our supplier. Through decades in the tea business, they have developed strong ties with growers all over the world. Teas are bought from tea estates known for quality, social equity, and environmental sustainability.
